“In just 10 weeks you can become an even better leader.”

When my friend, Danny Bauer, told me about a program he’s launching, I was so excited that I had to share it with you.

You see, Danny is special, one of those leaders really “changing the game” in education.

And BEST of all, his approach has one focus. He cares about school leaders as individuals. He can talk shop about standards based grading, evaluation, restorative practices, and the rest of the “business” of school …

But at the end of the day, he is passionate about one thing, and one thing only.

Helping you optimize your performance.

And I’m confident that he can help you become an even better leader.

One way he does that is through his popular Principal Success Path™ program.

The promise is simple: become an even more effective leader in 10-weeks or less.

Over 10-weeks, Danny and his team will guide you through 10 projects that are designed to get you immediate results on your campus (as well as far into the future).

The Principal Success Path™ is built on a 4-part framework:

1️⃣Develop your mindset

2️⃣Use intentional design

3️⃣Build a world-class culture

4️⃣Consistently create valuable results

The cadence of the program is simple …

Monday you’ll have a live coaching call. On that call, you’ll be introduced to some new ideas, tools, and ultimately the project for the week. There will be time for Q & A and you’ll even collaborate with other school leaders to generate momentum on your project.

Tuesday you will post your project in a private online space used in The Principal Success Path™.

Wednesday you’ll leave comments on five of your peers’ projects (and receive generous feedback yourself).

Thursday you’ll reflect on the project and feedback. Here, the goal is to express how you see things differently and how you’ve grown.

And on Friday, you will have an optional “office hours” call where you can either go deeper with the content or have access to an expert coach, who will help you solve your #1 challenge.

It’s a great program and a really sweet deal.

Heck, if I was still working in a school, I would be signing up today!
